DROP OUT is the expression of a soldier’s madness as he breaks dow into a jumble of undefined elements, among which lies the phrase Turn on, Tune in, and Drop Out — a slogan promoted in the 1960s counterculture by Timothy Leary, in defense of the psychedelic movement and in support of the anti-war movement.
